Even if it’s just to check us out, we’re happy to have you part of our family. Below are the requirements to be a pack member.

• All guests must be spayed or neutered after 8 months of age. Females cannot be in heat while in our care.

• New guest meet and greets must be completed before first day of daycare or boarding services. For our boarding services, the new guest orientation must be completed (and passed) 48 hours prior to the first boarding stay. Out of state guest must complete meet and greet at least 24 hours before services are booked.

• All of our guests must be fully vaccinated, and proof of vaccinations must be shown before entering our guest-only areas. We only accept vaccination records from vet clinics. Vaccinations required are as followed, Distemper Parvo, Bordetella, K9 incluenza, and Rabies.

• All packages are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time, for any reason.
